A group journey, including:

3 x 1.5hr 1:1 coaching sessions

12 wonderful weeks with me Kirstin (more on me below!) and a small group of fellow legendary perimenopausal women who ‘get’ it

Coaching, learning and support held online on Zoom, where we’ll journey though the four phases and you’ll begin to bridge the gap between your Old/Current Self and your Future Self. These calls will alternative between a 1 hour session and a 1.5 hour session each week, with replays if you can’t join us live

‘Hot seat’ coaching where you can apply to get 1:1 on-the-spot support on the group calls

A private online sharing space (held on Facebook) where you can ask questions, seek out and offer support, cry, and celebrate yourself and others

Lifetime friends who make you feel seen, heard and celebrated (which is priceless, right?!)

1:1 coaching upgrade option for the women who want personalised and private support from me (a Clinical Psychologist with nearly three decades of experience!)
